On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Supervisor to join French high-class restaurant team located in Dubai, UAE.
Job requirements:
— Minimum 2 years of experience at Waiter’s position (experience of Head Waiter or Assistant to the Manager will be an advantage);
— Fluent in English;
— Currently located in UAE (will be an advantage);
— Knowledge of internal policy, norms and standards of restaurant;
— Team-spirit and organizational skills;
— Friendly and communicative attitude;
Duties and responsibilities:
— Coordination and control of staff work to improve efficiency level;
— Increase the average check of waiters;
— Monitoring processes in accordance with HACCP standards;
— Compliance and support of the restaurant’s internal standards;
— Greeting the restaurant guests;
— Conflict solving;
— Calculation and maintenance of the register of payments, preparation of the balance sheet at the end of the shift;
— Preservation of tableware: dishes and cutleries;
Working conditions:
— Basic salary (based on interview results) + tips and service charge;
— The employer provides with: working visa, insurance, flight as well as accommodation, meals and transportation to the workplace;
— Contract period – 2 years;
— According to the results of 1 year work, career growth is possible;
— Working hours: 8-10 hours per day;
