Managing Director (HR field)

On behalf of our client, well-known hungarian employment agency, that has been provided market with its services during 6 years, we are searching for an experienced HR specialist for position “Managing Director”. 

Requirements:

  • Higher education (HR, Economic, Business Management)
  • Previous work experience at least 3 years in HR Services / Recruitment / Permanent Placement
  • English speaker (Hungarian will be an advantage)  
  • Having driving license B
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Teams, SharePoint)
  • Hardworking, dedicated, honest, open minded, solution focused person

Obligations:

  • Leading and developing the team of 2 branch offices
  • Reporting, responsibility for the results
  • Fulfill the customers’ demands
  • Attraction of new clients (business development role)

Working conditions:

  • Basic salary is 40 000UAH plus incentives (every 1/4 year, if the office’s result is positive)
  • Legal employment as per ukrainian labor law
  • Work schedule: 8 hours per day/ 5 days per week
  • Employer provides with company car and mobile phone
  • Main office is located in Khmelnitsky city

Физиотерапевт / Physiotherapist to Doha (Qatar)

  • Possessing a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy
  • Holder medical license in country of work experience

  • Training in complementary medicine practices like chiropractic, dry needling, hot and cold therapy, sliming massage, Lymphatic drainage and acupuncture will be added advantage
  • Being dedicated to providing the highest quality of client care

Obligations:

  • Work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, neuromusculoskeletal and sliming massages.
  • Diagnose, assess and treat their physical problem/condition
  • Develop and review treatment programmes that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques
  • Involve parents and carers in the treatment, review and rehabilitation of patients
  • Write patient case notes and reports and collect statistics
  • Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients
  • Supervise student and junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy support workers

 Working conditions:

  • Salary is 1920$- 2750$ (depends on experience)
  • Annual bonus subject to performance evaluation
  • Completion of leave staff will be entitled to 21 days paid leave
  • Completion of 12 months ticket for candidate
  • Private Medical insurance for the candidate
  • Visa, tickets and accommodation ate provided
  • End of service benefit
